I was never informed that this change request was denied, and I have no way of getting access to this shipment! I now have over $100 worth of food going in the garbage because CU couldn't simply change the address within hours of the order processing!! Upon emailing customer service again, I was informed that the change request was denied, and there was nothing that could be done.
Today, 11/14, I receive a text message that the order will be delivered to my former address that I do not have access to. I provided the new address and was told they would follow up with any developments. I was told that they couldn't cancel the order but would provide a 1 time accommodation to reroute the order to my new address. Within hours of the order processing I reached out to customer service to attempt to cancel the box that I already tried to cancel through their system. The following day (11/9) the system processed the order to a prior address that I no longer have access to. I attempted to cancel my CU order, but apparently it had failed to cancel. I can't imagine I am the only person they have stolen money from. What they did should be considered criminal. The 12 meals was supposed to cover the whole week. This was most of the money I had budgeted to eat with for the week. I followed up with them the next day for my missing delivery and was told because they tried to make a delivery, that they could not redeliver or refund.So they essentially STOLE $156 dollars from me without providing what I paid for. Mind you, this was the second week of my service. So they decided not to deliver the package.

I take online classes and since I work full time, most of my school work is done on weekends. They called me the first time on March 12th, at 2:45pm and the last time at 2:47pm, but I was taking an exam for school and was not immediately available. The delivery service they use is unreliable.
